Requires 15+ years and a strong banking/Capital markets background.

As a Data Modernization - Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 15+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating proficiency in data engineering platforms like Apache Hadoop and Databricks
• Banking and Capital market industry experience is a must
