Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Azure Databricks & MS Fabric Manager to shape data-driven insights for a diverse client portfolio. You will design data infrastructure, build pipelines, and lead data engineering teams across initiatives in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You will coach and develop team members, manage project planning and execution, and drive innovative data solutions while upholding integrity and values across client engagements.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an Azure Databricks & MS Fabric Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

• Utilizing advanced data engineering platforms and tools such as Apache Airflow and Snowflake to optimize data workflows and storage solutions
• Building and maintaining scalable data architectures that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify data challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance in data engineering practices
• Validating data quality and security measures to maintain compliance and integrity within data systems
• Encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve data engineering processes and outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
