Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Director of Data Modernization to lead data infrastructure initiatives, architect scalable pipelines, and drive analytics across client engagements. You will mentor teams, shape strategy, and maintain executive relations to unlock data-driven growth.

In this role you will guide the adoption of Hadoop, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake to deliver impactful data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in data/analytics.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) preferred.

As a Data Modernization - Director, you will lead the charge in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. • Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
• Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful data solutions for clients

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
