As a Data Science - Manager, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members\' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor\'s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge (inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics)
• Well versed and hands-on experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming, mixed integer programming, scheduling optimization. Having understanding of working on third party optimization solvers like Gurobi will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in forecasting techniques (e.g., Holt
• Winters, ARIMA, ARIMAX, SARIMA, SARIMAX, FBProphet, NBeats) and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised)
