Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned ODI ETL professional with 5+ years hands-on experience designing, developing and implementing ETL solutions using ODI, and a total of 7+ years in the IT industry. The role requires strong data modeling knowledge and experience in data warehouse environments.

You will translate business requirements into design specifications and contribute to consulting engagements, solution design, and deployment for digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing ETL solutions using ODI
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques
• Experience in implementing and/or supporting data warehouse systems or solutions
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into design specifications

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions for deployment and client delight
• Develop a proposal by contributing to the proposal document and solution design based on expertise
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product as per the design; conduct conference room pilots and resolve requirements/solution design queries
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations and POC/Proof of Technology workshops; prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and guidelines
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives delivering high quality value to customers

• The candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of Data Modeling concepts and techniques
• The candidate must possess work experience in implementing and/ or supporting data warehouse systems or solutions
• The candidate should have the ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into design specifications

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
