Accenture is seeking a Data Governance Practitioner to lead a Collibra-driven data governance implementation in India. The role focuses on delivering a robust data governance framework, integrating Collibra components and coordinating with business and data stakeholders.

The candidate will drive technical delivery across Collibra modules, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with governance standards and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of Collibra Data Governance experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
• Design Communities, Domains, Asset Types, workflows, and stewardship models.
• Configure Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Policy Manager, and Data Dictionary.
• Build technical and business data lineage using Lineage Harvester and Jobserver.
• Integrate Collibra with upstream/downstream systems via REST APIs and connectors.
• Manage project milestones, stakeholder communication, and junior team members

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

• REST API - integrations, automation, bulk operations
• Roles & Responsibilities - permissions, stewardship assignments
• Experience with Collibra data quality management and data lineage
• SQL and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Python or scripting for automation
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum: 4-5 years experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• Primary Location Kolkata, if not then Flex
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred
• Proven experience leading Collibra deployments in enterprise environments
• 15 years full time education
