• Conduct FIT–GAP workshops and define governance processes and data standards.
• Drive data quality, governance policies, and compliance standards across enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior MDG consultants and provide leadership for functional teams.

The role involves solution design, stakeholder engagement, governance strategy definition, and leadership across functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations (ECC & S/4HANA), including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Act as functional lead / solution architect for SAP MDG across master data objects such as Material, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Finance
• Conduct FIT–GAP workshops and work closely with business stakeholders to define governance processes and data standards
• Design and configure:
  
  • Change Request Types
  • Workflow (Rule-based / BRF+)
  • Validations & Derivations
  • Data Replication Framework (DRF)
• Drive data quality, governance policies, and compliance standards across enterprise systems
• Lead data migration, validation, cleansing, and remediation activities
• Collaborate with technical teams for MDG integrations with ECC, S/4HANA, and Non-SAP systems
• Provide leadership for functional teams and mentor junior MDG consultants
• Prepare and maintain Functional Specs, Business Blueprints, Configuration & Training Documents
• Support post go-live activities, enhancements, and production issues
