Grey Parrot Systems is hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and manage data within enterprise web applications from Windows Application — supporting ongoing data operations, migration activities, and data quality initiatives for our US client engagements.

About the Role

This is a hands-on data entry role for someone who is fast, accurate, and comfortable working within web-based enterprise applications. You will enter, update, validate, and maintain data across web application platforms — following defined data standards, entry guidelines, and quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and business-ready. You have strong attention to detail, work independently with minimal supervision, and take pride in getting the data right the first time.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of data entry experience — web application data entry preferred
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail — high data entry accuracy with minimal errors
• Comfortable navigating and entering data in web-based enterprise applications — CRM, ERP, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills — data organization, basic formulas, and data validation
• Ability to follow defined data entry standards, templates, and quality guidelines consistently
• Strong organizational skills — managing high volumes of data entry tasks accurately and on time
• Good written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily / weekly data entry targets
• Comfortable working US-aligned hours for overlap with client and delivery teams

What You'll Do

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within enterprise web applications — CRM, ERP, or custom web platforms
• Follow defined data entry standards, field mapping guidelines, and quality control checklists
• Validate entered data — checking for accuracy, completeness, formatting consistency, and duplicate records
• Identify and flag data quality issues — missing values, incorrect formats, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Organize and track data entry progress — maintaining entry logs, status trackers, and completion reports
• Coordinate with team leads and project managers on data entry priorities, deadlines, and quality standards
• Support data migration activities — entering legacy data into target web application systems accurately
• Perform basic data cleansing — standardizing formats, correcting obvious errors, and normalizing entries
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets — maintaining high accuracy and throughput consistently
