Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15 data entry specialists; assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Define and enforce daily/weekly targets for throughput and accuracy.
• Track productivity, accuracy, error trends, and completion rates via dashboards.
• Conduct regular quality audits for data accuracy, completeness, formatting, and duplicates.
• Coach team on correct entry standards and escalate systemic issues.
• Coordinate with US-based PMs and client stakeholders; report status, risks, and milestones.
• Manage workload distribution; balance capacity and urgent tasks.
• Define data entry standards, field mappings, and quality checklists.

About the Role

This is a team leadership role for an experienced data operations professional who can manage a team of 15 data entry specialists — setting daily targets, monitoring quality and throughput, resolving issues, and ensuring the team delivers accurate, complete, and business-ready data consistently. You are organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced data operations environment. You bring strong people management skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate directly with US-based project managers and client stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of data entry or data operations experience — 4+ years in a team lead or management role
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 10–20 data entry specialists — setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving quality
• Strong understanding of data entry workflows — web application data entry, data validation, quality checks, and data cleansing
• Experience managing data entry operations across enterprise web applications — CRM, ERP, or similar platforms
• Strong quality management skills — defining quality standards, conducting audits, and resolving data accuracy issues
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets — data tracking, productivity reporting, and quality dashboards
• Strong organizational and planning skills — workload distribution, capacity planning, and deadline management
• Excellent written and oral English communication — reporting team progress, risks, and quality issues to US-based project managers and stakeholders
• Comfortable working US-aligned hours for overlap with client and delivery teams

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 data entry specialists — daily task assignment, performance monitoring, quality audits, and team development
• Define and enforce daily and weekly data entry targets — ensuring the team meets throughput and accuracy commitments consistently
• Monitor team performance — tracking productivity, accuracy rates, error trends, and completion rates through dashboards and reports
• Conduct regular quality audits — reviewing entered data for accuracy, completeness, formatting consistency, and duplicate records
• Identify and resolve data quality issues — coaching team members on correct entry standards and escalating systemic issues
• Coordinate with US-based project managers and client stakeholders — reporting team status, risks, blockers, and delivery milestones
• Manage workload distribution across the team — balancing capacity, prioritizing urgent tasks, and adjusting assignments based on project needs
• Define and maintain data entry standards, field mapping guidelines, and quality control checklists for the team
• Support onboarding and training of new data entry team members — ensuring they are productive and accurate quickly
• Identify process improvement opportunities — reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and increasing team throughput
• Escalate data quality issues, missing data, and entry blockers to project leads with clear impact assessments and recommended actions
