Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain production data in ERP software and issue batch slips from the system.

• Retrieve and compile data from paper records, electronic files, and databases as required by various departments.
• Assist in data analysis activities by preparing reports, charts, and summaries to support production decisions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date production records, inventory data, and quality control documents as per ISO systems.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of sensitive production and company information.
• Coordinate with production teams and department heads to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with the dispatch team for production-related coordination.
