Job summary

Carry You is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support its logistics operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining shipment, inventory, and transportation data. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely data processing in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Excel, Word, and SAP, plus the ability to coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to resolve data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software.
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory processes.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment, dispatch, inventory, and delivery data into the logistics management system.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and transport documents.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Track order status and update customers or internal teams as required.
• Scan, file, and organize logistics documents for easy retrieval.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Follow company procedures and meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
