Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a skilled Zoho Trainer cum Developer to optimize Zoho applications and conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective use of Zoho tools across the organization. This role will manage Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, Projects, and other Zoho One products, develop custom functions and automation with Deluge, and integrate Zoho with external systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Books).
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training or mentoring users preferred.
• Zoho Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to train and support internal and external stakeholders on Zoho tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of integrations or automation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the basic setup, customization, and usage of Zoho applications.
• Help employees understand workflows and improve system adoption.
• Troubleshoot basic Zoho-related issues and provide timely support.
• Prepare simple training materials, user guides, and documentation.
• Stay updated with Zoho features to enhance training effectiveness.
• Create user manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance adoption.
