• Verification: Review source documents for accuracy and correct any errors prior to data entry to ensure data integrity.
• Record Management: Organize, update, and manage digital and physical files to allow for easy retrieval.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly cross-check data to resolve discrepancies and ensure information is consistent across departments.
• Report Generation: Compile and format data to prepare routine reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Data Security: Follow all company data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive business and customer information
