Job summary

Vervebot in India is seeking a Data Entry professional with strong MS Office skills to collect, enter, and maintain data across databases, perform research, and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with familiarity of Tally, and be comfortable working a fixed US shift (9 pm to 6 am) on large data sets using our software for monitoring, processing and analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have command on Computers, MS Office, MS Word, Advance Excel.
• The candidate must be well versed with MS-office tools like MS-Excel or Tally.
• Shall be required to work on large data for Monitoring, Processing and Analysis through our software.

Responsibilities

• Collecting & entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
• Entering, doing research & sorting data in a particular format into computer system, Verifies & corrects errors to ensure accuracy of completed work.
• Able to work within deadlines to ensure speed without sacrificing accuracy.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
