Job summary

Carrier seeks an experienced Specialist with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to support an enterprise SAP MDG and ServiceNow integration project. You will design, govern, and validate vendor master data while aligning PTP and E2E supply chain processes with best-practice MDM methodologies.

The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across complex IT environments to deliver high-quality data foundations with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process-focused roles working directly with data.
• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise.
• Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance, with emphasis on Vendor Master Data.
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow and working across complex IT environments.
• Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management.
• Experience implementing standardized End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes (Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay) and applying best-practice MDM methodologies.
• Solid understanding of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes and related master data.
• Strong knowledge of Vendor lifecycle management (creation, onboarding, maintenance, deactivation) within SAP MDG.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured issue-resolution capability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities.
• Customer-service mindset with focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Broad systems/IT implementation experience across SAP and integrated supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP ECC6,SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, warehouse and logistics systems), with proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Experience designing robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in designing and governing MDM processes, solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) and Supply Chain End‑to‑End (E2E) process data, and hands‑on knowledge of complex IT landscapes. • Experience with workflow automation and integration frameworks (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).
• Understanding of hierarchy management and complex organizational structures.
• Experience with cloud‑based MDM solutions and hybrid IT landscapes.
• Ability to design and implement data governance frameworks across multiple geographies.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Certification in SAP MDG or related SAP modules is a plus.
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs.
