• Hands-on with Big Data, ETL/ELT, Databricks, Data Mesh.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong project management and agile delivery knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing communication.
• C1 English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivery from start to finish on assigned accounts.
• Guarantee delivery and production process governance according to the delivery model.
• Serve as the primary contact for delivery matters, escalations, and resource ramp-downs.
• Handle resource allocation ensuring right skills and seniority.
• Provide technical leadership to guarantee robust data solution architecture.
• Coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Build long-term client partnerships.
• Tackle client concerns and manage engagement risks.
• Oversee development of proposals and statements of work.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline Substantial Data Delivery Management experience spanning 14 to 20 years A track record of leading intricate data migration and data management solution deliveries Skilled in Data Architecture and Data Solution Architecture Hands‑on experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT Solutions, Databricks, and Data Mesh Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform Solid project management skills grounded in industry best practices Capability to align multiple stakeholders and disciplines Outstanding communication skills and client-facing presence Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks Skill in managing and escalating delivery risks when needed Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities C1 (Advanced) level English proficiency
