The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS and a total of 15 years of full-time education, based at our Bengaluru office.

• Supervise data center operators and mentor junior team members.

The role includes managing relationships with various vendors and their equipment, ensuring continuous operation of critical services around the clock. Additionally, the position requires supervising data center operators and monitoring system events to maintain smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of hardware and infrastructure components.
• Monitor and manage 24/7 data center operations to guarantee service availability and reliability.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of batch processes and system event monitoring activities.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Experience in managing physical data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and space management.
• Strong understanding of vendor management and contract coordination.
• Ability to monitor and manage continuous operations and system event alerts effectively.
