Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and monitoring for Data Center infrastructure and server equipment.
• Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers (Windows/Linux) and network hardware.
• Perform routine health checks, rack placement, cabling management, and hardware maintenance.
• Manage shift handovers, incident logging, ticketing systems, and elevate critical issues following standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams for hardware replacement and maintenance activities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and Windows Server OS.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls).
