Job summary

Future Focus Infotech in Pune requires a qualified analyst to monitor and manage core IT operations. The role involves overseeing file transfer processes, DNS entries, DC & NDR inventory, patching dashboards, and daily system checks.

You will participate in creating RFCs, generating audit reports, handling JIT/Point services, and updating SIEM tickets. Basic Windows/VMware troubleshooting is also expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring file transfer - Connect direct and IP reservation management
• DNS entries management and inventory tracking for DC & NDR
• Tape media asset management and software library oversight
• Creation and closure of RFCs to document changes
• Generation of audit-related reports and compliance data
• Patching dashboard maintenance and vulnerability remediation tracking
• JIT/Point services monitoring and issue escalation
• JIT/Point reprinting operations handling
• Queue management as per requests in APM server
• Update SIEM tickets and alerts for security incidents
• Basic monitoring and troubleshooting for Windows and VMware
