In this role, you will take ownership of Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, SharePoint sites, and associated data sources, ensuring reliable performance and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across Learning, Capability, and Reporting to resolve technical issues, enhance existing solutions, and integrate new data sources. A key focus will be automating data collection and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. This six-month contract offers flexible working arrangements for professionals who can provide consistent technical support. It is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytics expertise to meaningful business initiatives while improving the usability, sustainability, and impact of enterprise reporting solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Maintain and support existing learning analytics platforms, ensuring reliable operation and continuity of reporting services.

  • Develop, administer, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  • Support Power Apps applications and manage SharePoint sites, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

  • Integrate new data sources and streamline data flows to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

  • Automate data collection and reporting processes so that newly collected information can populate dashboards with minimal manual intervention.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, validate reporting outputs, and implement improvements to data reliability.

  • Collaborate with Learning, Capability, and Reporting stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize enhancements, and improve the user experience.

  • Design and maintain KPI frameworks, business dashboards, and performance reporting solutions that support informed decision-making.

  • Document technical architecture, reporting workflows, and operational procedures to ensure long‑term sustainability and knowledge transfer.

  • Work independently in a remote, international environment, providing consistent support and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the engagement.

Requirements:
  • Advanced experience in Power BI development and administration, including dashboard design, reporting, and ongoing platform support.

  • Practical experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Apps solutions.

  • Experience administering SharePoint sites and managing site content, structure, and functionality.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, data modeling, and advanced formulas.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining business dashboards, analytics portals, and reporting solutions.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics principles, reporting methodologies, data management, and performance measurement.

  • Experience working with multiple data sources, identifying data inconsistencies, and implementing data quality improvements.

  • Knowledge of KPI design and performance reporting, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with global teams.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of technical solutions.

  • Business‑level English proficiency and comfort using virtual communication, messaging, and conferencing tools.

  • Reliable internet connectivity and availability during agreed working hours.

  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, Learning Analytics, Learning and Development metrics, and global or enterprise‑scale reporting solutions.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile project delivery and continuous improvement practices.

Benefits:
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote, with the opportunity to work from India or eligible locations in the EU.

  • Contract duration: Six‑month freelance or contract engagement.

  • Working flexibility: Full‑time is preferred, but part‑time or reduced‑hour arrangements may be considered, provided consistent support is maintained throughout the contract.

  • Compensation: Hourly rate is negotiable; specific compensation details are not provided.

  • Start date: Anticipated for early to mid‑November; the year is not specified.

  • Work environment: Collaborate with a global team in a remote‑first setting.
