This role is focused on strengthening an employer brand through engaging digital experiences, compelling content, and data-driven optimisation.
You’ll manage and enhance the digital ecosystem that supports careers, recruitment campaigns, landing pages, and other candidate touchpoints.
Working across HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, IT, and external partners, you’ll help turn the Employee Value Proposition into meaningful digital experiences.
You’ll have a direct impact on how prospective talent discovers, engages with, and navigates career opportunities online.
The position combines content management, website experience, SEO, analytics, recruitment marketing, and user experience optimisation.
You’ll use performance data, market insights, and candidate behaviour to identify improvements and strengthen recruitment outcomes.
This is an opportunity for a digitally minded specialist to shape a high-impact candidate experience while collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders and technical partners.

Accountabilities:
  • Digital experience management: Manage, develop, update, and maintain careers website content, ensuring information remains accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Candidate journey optimisation: Continuously improve the digital candidate journey across careers pages, recruitment websites, landing pages, and other relevant digital touchpoints.
  • Website enhancements: Work closely with website developers, IT teams, and external suppliers to troubleshoot technical issues, implement improvements, and introduce new digital features.
  • Website functionality and accessibility: Identify opportunities to enhance navigation, content architecture, functionality, accessibility, and the overall user experience across careers-related digital platforms.
  • Employer brand campaigns: Support the activation of employer-brand and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring a consistent message, visual identity, and candidate experience.
  • Landing pages: Create and manage campaign landing pages tailored to specific talent audiences, locations, functions, and recruitment priorities.
  • Recruitment collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and develop digital solutions that effectively support recruitment objectives.
  • Content activation: Coordinate and support content across careers websites, social media, job platforms, and other employer-brand channels.
  • SEO optimisation: Improve the organic visibility of careers content through keyword research, metadata optimisation, content structure improvements, and ongoing SEO best practices.
  • Search and content insights: Monitor search trends, candidate behaviour, and organic performance to identify opportunities for content development and optimisation.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on website and recruitment campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, acquisition sources, landing-page performance, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance measurement: Establish appropriate tracking and measurement for new campaigns and digital experiences, using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data-driven recommendations: Translate digital analytics into actionable recommendations that improve the candidate journey, recruitment outcomes, and campaign return on investment.
  • Competitive benchmarking: Assess careers websites and digital employer-brand experiences against competitors and leading organisations to identify relevant opportunities and best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience: Professional experience in digital content creation and maintenance, employer branding, recruitment marketing, content management, or a related field.
  • CMS expertise: Strong experience managing and updating websites through Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • SEO knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation, metadata, organic search performance, and search trends.
  • Digital campaign experience: Experience supporting or delivering digital and recruitment marketing campaigns, including the development and optimisation of campaign landing pages.
  • Analytics expertise: Strong understanding of web analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to monitor, track, analyse, and report on website and campaign performance.
  • UX understanding: Knowledge of user experience and candidate journey principles, with the ability to evaluate digital experiences from the user's perspective.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with website developers, IT teams, agencies, and other technical partners.
