Job summary

Bizoforce Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses across product, marketing, finance, and operations.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, strong SQL, Excel, and BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau). You will collaborate with multiple teams, develop automated reporting, and ensure data quality while communicating findings

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau and other BI platforms
• Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets
• Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable business insights. In this role, you will work closely with business, product, operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams to understand their data requirements and deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and analysis. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline Strong proficiency in SQL Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data manipulation Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another business intelligence platform Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques Basic to intermediate knowledge of statistics and data analysis Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and understandable manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple analytical tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
