Job summary

CSB Bank in Mumbai seeks an experienced MIS analyst to design and maintain dashboards and analytical models for CASA products and processes. You will work with the IT MIS team to automate production MIS and deliver timely insights to management.

Responsibilities include tracking key business metrics, analyzing trends, and preparing reports on products, portfolio movement, RM and sales productivity. You will also support incentive inputs and perform data sanity checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years.

To gather required reporting and dashboard for regular review and monitoring of all CASA products & processes through product notes, MIS with an aim to increase customer delight.
