Job summary

Aceolution is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to lead our data analytics team and drive data-driven decision making. You will oversee data extraction, cleaning, and transformation, and develop impactful dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools.

The role requires 7+ years in data analytics with strong SQL proficiency, data warehousing experience, and excellent communication to translate insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst/Data Analytics professional, with significant experience in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Preparation: Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts.
• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from databases, APIs, flat files, and other sources.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze large datasets and prepare data for reporting and business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
• Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Business Acumen & Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and define KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interact directly with clients and effectively explain complex data insights, trends, and nuances.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics for relevant business areas.
