Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CDID Ops Support Analyst in Bengaluru to create and update codes in CDID, resolve production issues, and deliver business insights using Power BI, Power Automate, and Python.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, reporting accuracy, and process automation, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development.
• Good proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Experience with Power Automate workflow development and integrations.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and production support environments.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and cloud-based data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
