Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a CDID Ops Support Analyst to create and update codes on the CDID application, resolve production issues, and deliver business insights using Power BI, Power Automate, and Python. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, reporting accuracy, and process automation in Bengaluru.

The role emphasizes developing Power BI solutions, automated workflows, and data-driven decision support to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development.
• Good proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models.
• Build and optimize Power Query transformations, DAX measures, and report performance.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop Python-based solutions for data processing, automation, and analysis.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and production issues.
• Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and data corrections as required.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and automation solutions.
• Ensure operational stability, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
