Job summary

WOW Softech is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to translate healthcare data into actionable insights. You will design and optimize SQL Server databases, write advanced T-SQL queries, and develop ETL processes to support data warehousing and reporting needs.

You will create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS, collaborate with business teams, and ensure data quality through validation and profiling in a fast-paced hybrid work environment in Chennai.

Qualifications

• 25.5 years of experience in Data Analytics / SQL / Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Expertise in complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ETL development and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
• Experience with Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Advanced Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Experience with at least one BI/reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
• Understanding of descriptive statistical techniques, including classification, regression, and association analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a combination of Healthcare Analytics + SQL/T‑SQL + ETL + Data Warehousing + BI Reporting experience and should be comfortable working with business stakeholders to convert data into actionable insights.

Hiring Details

Notice Period: Candidates serving notice or available within 30–45 days will be preferred.
Work Mode: Hybrid — Monday to Thursday WFO, Friday WFH.
