Job summary

Spectramedix is seeking a Data Analyst in Gurgaon, India to turn healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. You will work with SQL, Python, and BI tools to produce analyses and dashboards that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities include writing optimized SQL, building Tableau/Power BI dashboards, cleaning and modeling data from multiple sources, and validating AI-assisted code while collaborating with stakeholders to translate questions into data-driven answers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL with data extraction and optimization.
• Experience with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong grounding in statistics and data wrangling.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and validating AI-generated code.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
