Job summary

Persistent Ltd. in Pune seeks a Data Analyst to ensure business and clinical validation of BigID discovery outcomes.

You will support the Data Architect in understanding data flows, data architecture, and prerequisites for archival and deletion, focusing on accuracy and governance. In this full-time hybrid role, you will validate PHI/PII identifications with business and compliance teams, review classification results, and help refine entity definitions and policies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of data analytics experience in data-heavy environments.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with ETL and data transformation processes.
• Strong data modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and business requirements analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate sensitive data identification (PHI, PII) with business, compliance, and clinical stakeholders.
