Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Data Analyst specialized in Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data models. You will extract data from multiple sources, perform analyses, and translate requirements into technical specifications for scalable reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, optimizing reports for performance, and building robust data models with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence (as stated in the ad).
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst having strong knowledge of MS SQL, Data Modeling & Integration, and Statistics. You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. You’ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team.
