Job summary

Mindstix Software Labs is seeking a proficient Data Analyst in Pune, India. You will work with internal teams to transform complex data into actionable insights and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and usability.

The role demands strong SQL, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio), and a solid foundation in data structures and analytics. You will collaborate with global teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied streams.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the data analytics domain with report development.
• Strong foundations in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and programming logic.
• Strong understanding of analytics domain, reporting, and dashboard designing.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio.
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Excellent logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation capability.
• Strong dashboard design skills with proven ability to design an exceptional user-friendly experience.
• Ability to analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.
• Ability to interpret business requirements accurately.
• Exposure to work with multicultural international customers.
