Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from multiple sources to support dashboard analytics.
• Data Cleaning, transformation, and aggregation to prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before feeding into dashboard platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for insights into project performance and decision-making.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to support business objectives.
• Use statistical methods to interpret data, providing clear reports and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Dashboard Support and Visualization: Define key metrics, KPIs, and data visualization requirements with the dashboard development team.
• Build, design, and maintain interactive dashboards providing real-time insights into project progress and performance.
• Ensure dashboards meet stakeholder needs with customizable views and drill-down capabilities.
• KPI Definition and Monitoring: Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs for different projects.
• Monitor and track KPIs regularly, providing updates on performance trends and issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in project implementation and resource allocation.
• Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling: Use regression, forecasting, clustering to provide insights into future performance trends.
