About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and working with modern data platforms and ETL processes. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and availability.
• Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
• Utilize Data Bricks and Snowflake environments for data processing and warehousing tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and engineering to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analytics principles and methodologies.
• Expertise in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
• Solid programming skills in Python , with experience in relevant libraries (pandas, numpy, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Data Bricks and Snowflake .
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
