Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 0 to 4 years of experience who can analyze business data, identify trends, prepare meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports.
• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyze data.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation using Excel, Power Query, or Python.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track KPIs and generate business performance reports.
• Work with different teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks wherever possible.
• Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and business reporting requirements.

Key Skills Required

Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Charts, Power Query

• SQL – SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOIN, Subqueries, CTEs, Aggregate Functions
• Power BI – Data Modeling, Power Query, DAX, Dashboard Development, Visualization
• Python – Basic knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and data analysis
• Understanding of Data Cleaning & Data Visualization
• Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of Gen AI / AI tools for data analysis will be an added advantage
