Job summary

NucleusTeq is seeking a Data Analyst in Gurugram (Hybrid) with 4–8 years of experience to dive into loyalty analytics and campaign performance. You will write advanced SQL to extract and analyze large datasets while ensuring data quality across loyalty metrics and rewards data.

You will partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to validate new loyalty features and translate business questions into structured, data-driven insights. A strong focus on accuracy and validation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with loyalty programs or CRM analytics.
• Proficient in SQL including window functions, joins and CTEs.
• Strong data validation and verification skills.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst you will:

• Deep‑Dive Data Analytics: Write and optimize complex, advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze massive datasets related to customer behavior, point redemptions, and campaign performance.
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Take ownership of data accuracy. Build validation frameworks to ensure loyalty metrics, financial tracking, and user rewards data are robust, consistent, and error‑free.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to validate new loyalty feature rollouts and translate business questions into structured, data‑driven answers.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Domain Expertise: Proven track record working directly with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or CRM analytics. Understand user lifecycle stages, churn prediction, and engagement loops.
• Advanced SQL Skills: Mastery of SQL – window functions, complex joins, CTEs, and query optimisation.
• Analytical & Validation Rigor: Exceptional data validation skills. Stress‑test data, find anomalies, and ensure absolute accuracy before presenting insights to leadership.
