Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Customer Success Group with data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence to drive actionable insights. Reporting to a Manager, you will fulfill data requests, perform detailed analysis, and deliver results that inform key business decisions within Customer Success.

You will start with foundational reporting and expand to more complex analytical projects as you gain understanding of processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Experience fulfilling data requests and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong SQL and data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Analytical Support: Respond promptly and accurately to various requests for data and analysis from the Customer Success business team.
• Develop Reporting & Dashboards: Utilise strong visualisation skills (Tableau experience is a plus) to create and maintain impactful reports and dashboards, transforming complex data into clear, consumable insights.
• Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform detailed, comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, ensuring that you provide concrete recommendations to support business strategy.
• Communicate Insights: Create clear, compelling narratives and "stories" on slides/decks for executive and leadership audiences, translating analytical findings into strategic business implications.
• Support Business Intelligence: Engage with the business intelligence project lifecycle, applying your experience to the development and delivery of BI solutions (experience is preferred).

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise: Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating and extracting data from large, complex datasets.
• Visualization: Strong data visualisation skills, with specific experience using platforms like Tableau highly valued.
• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to provide recommendations and actionable insights via detailed analysis.
• Executive Communication: Experience in creating clear, concise narratives and presentations (slides/decks) for executive and leadership review.
• Soft Skills:
  • Adaptability: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Collaboration: A real team-player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the business intelligence project life cycle.
