Job summary

Decon Management Services in Bengaluru is seeking a data-minded analyst freshers with a quantitative degree to join our analytics team. You will translate business problems into analytics questions, partner with stakeholders, and turn data into actionable insights.

From cleaning and exploring data to building dashboards and ML models, you’ll own projects end to end, and communicate findings to non-technical teams to drive decisions in a fast-paced setting in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Freshers (0–1 year) with a quantitative degree from 2025 or 2026.
• Strong logic and quantitative reasoning.

You'll be part of the analytics team that partners with other teams for the data-backed decisions that run across the business - marketing, risk, collections & CX. It's a lean, high-caliber team, so your work carries weight from day one.
