Job summary

Indium is seeking a Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst to independently drive analytical projects, identify trends, and communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. You will develop SQL & Python (Pandas) solutions, build dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while supporting data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into analytical solutions, leading projects end-to-end, and presenting insights to senior/international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python (Pandas) for analysis and modeling.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading analytics projects and mentoring juniors.
• Knowledge of AI tools for analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and basic machine learning concepts.
