Job summary

Skit.ai is hiring a Data Analyst to translate raw operational and campaign data into actionable insights that improve debt recovery efficiency and client ROI. You will support end-to-end collection strategy with dashboards, benchmarks, and predictive analytics, collaborating with PMs and Portfolio Managers to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, establishing benchmarks, and running predictive models, with a focus on data-driven decision making and clear storytelling

Qualifications

• 2-3 years analytics experience in fintech, collections, or SaaS.
• Strong technical skills with SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling protocols.

• Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels.
• Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages.
• Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis.
• Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood.
• Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.
• Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.
