Role Description

The Collection Strategy Analyst will drive data-led collection performance by automating MIS, incentives, building dashboards, and analyzing delinquency trends to improve recovery efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities

1. Develop and monitor collection strategies across Early, Mid, Late, and NPA buckets.
2. Analyze delinquency trends, roll rates, and agency performance.
3. Automate daily/monthly MIS, incentives, and payout reports using Python.
4. Build management dashboards using Power BI.
5. Replace manual Excel reports with automated workflows using Python and Power Query.
6. Support portfolio segmentation and strategy optimization.

Skills Needed

• Python (Jupyter/Anaconda) for MIS automation.
• Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
• Advanced MS Excel and Power Query.
• Experience handling large datasets; SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
