Job summary

Mobily Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven Incentive Operations Specialist to support the design, calculation, validation, and payment of sales incentives and commissions across Consumer Sales channels. You will monitor KPIs, ensure commission accuracy, maintain scheme compliance, and generate reports while coordinating with stakeholders for timely incentive processing.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in sales operations, with experience in SAP or ERP systems and Advanced Excel

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, incentive management, commission administration, finance, or performance management.
• Experience in telecom, retail, FMCG, or commission-based business environments preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of KPI measurement and performance management.
• Experience with SAP, commission management systems, or ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support design, calculation, validation, control, and payment of sales incentives, commissions, and performance-based rewards across Consumer Sales channels.
