Job summary

Epsilon in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Technical Operations team. You will transform data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, support client reporting, and drive data-driven initiatives using Oracle SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, write features and user stories, maintain documentation, and help optimize digital products and marketing technologies.

Qualifications

SummaryThe Data Analyst will be a key member of the Technical Operations team, serving as a key link between Engineering and Operations. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and enhance client outcomes.You will work on client reporting, operational requests, and data-driven initiatives, leveraging tools such as Oracle SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics platforms. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create features and user stories, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.As part of this team, you will contribute to the development and optimization of digital products at Epsilon, including search and social marketing technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both client-facing and internal reports and dashboards
