Job summary

Delta Tech Hub in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Digital & Technology Transformation team. You will analyze complex datasets, build scalable analytics solutions, and create dashboards that quantify the impact of technology investments and AI initiatives.

You will work with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI, design data pipelines, and apply machine learning and generative AI to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with AWS data and analytics services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock), REST APIs, Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT development, data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience developing workflow automation and business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving business transformation through data and technology.

Responsibilities

Digital & Technology Transformation plays a key role in advancing Delta's digital, data, and AI-driven transformation agenda by partnering with D&T leadership, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. The Data Analyst supports this mission by developing performance measurement frameworks, KPI dashboards, and data-driven insights that quantify the impact of technology investments, automation initiatives, AI solutions, and transformation programs. Through analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, this role enables informed decision-making, tracks value realization, monitors adoption and operational improvements, and helps ensure Digital & Technology initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analyst - Digital & Technology Transformation

This candidate will be part of a high-performing, fast-paced Digital & Technology Transformation team that leverages data, analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence to drive business transformation and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing scalable analytics solutions, creating impactful visualizations, and leveraging emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to deliver measurable business value.

The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming structured and unstructured data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, business intelligence, cloud-based data platforms, and automation solutions. This role will design and optimize data pipelines, develop interactive dashboards and executive reporting, implement predictive and machine learning models, and support AI-driven business initiatives using AWS cloud technologies and modern data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, SQL, Python, cloud-based data solutions, and AI technologies. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, AWS services, ETL/ELT development, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and workflow automation platforms is highly desirable. This individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and accelerating digital transformation initiatives by delivering scalable analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with business acumen, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative analytical and technology solutions. What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
