Persistent Systems Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support CTMS initiatives and enterprise data-driven decision making. The role emphasizes data validation, requirements management, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

You will work with business and technical teams to build dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience in Requirements Gathering and Requirements Documentation.
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Knowledge of data flows, data lineage, and enterprise data processes.
• Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with CTMS and clinical operations processes.
