Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Support, or Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience with large datasets and data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize partner production issues following implementation activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to partners to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Perform routine data loads, updates, data validation, and maintenance across partner platforms.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, issues, and business insights.
• Investigate system-related issues and perform root cause analysis to drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and support teams to address partner concerns.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Develop innovative solutions to address technical and operational challenges faced by partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation, process guides, and support procedures.
• Monitor service quality and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project updates, issue status, and resolutions with stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.
• Experience supporting business applications, partner platforms, or customer-facing systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
