Job summary

RENÉE Cosmetics in Ahmedabad-Gujarat is seeking a Data Analyst to support warehouse operations through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in warehouse or 3PL reporting preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports covering inventory, order processing, productivity, and operational performance.
• Power BI & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into warehouse KPIs.
• Advanced Excel Analysis: Use Advanced Excel for MIS, reconciliations, and identifying trends.
• 3PL Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and review third-party warehouse reports and coordinate with 3PL teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Performance Insights: Analyze warehouse data and share actionable insights with the teams to improve operations.
