San R&D Business Solutions LLC is hiring a D365 Finance & Operations Technical Assistant Manager to lead solution design, own technical delivery, and mentor a growing team within a global delivery network.

As the D365 F&O technical resource, you will design and deliver complex D365 F&O projects—covering architecture, deployments, and delivery—while managing client expectations and acting as the project's Application Lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain.
• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Hands-on experience with X++, C#, Visual Studio and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD, ideally using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge of D365 FO concepts: Extensions, CoC, OData/Logic Apps integrations.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI/Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific D365 F&O solutions.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to design technical solutions.
• Review and create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to a high standard.
• Own system upgrades, LCS, code deployment, merging, and optimizations.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and participate in client workshops.
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing TDDs and timelines.

About the Role As a D365 F&O Technical resource, you'll design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects — covering solution architecture, deployments, and delivery — while managing commercial and customer expectations and acting as the project's Application Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer‑specific D365 F&O solutions
  
• Work closely with Functional Consultants to design D365 F&O technical solutions
  
• Review and create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to a high quality/set standard
  
• Own system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, merging, and system optimizations
  
• In‑depth knowledge of System Administration, Security Roles, and AI‑based predictive analytics for identifying system issues
  
• Deliver and participate in client workshops; proactively gather business needs in collaboration with business leaders
  
• Guide and mentor junior developers
  
• Contribute to pre‑sales technical questions and responses
  
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents
  
• Adhere to project timelines and take full ownership of assigned tasks
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain
  
• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
  
• Strong hands‑on expertise in X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems
  
• Practical experience with CI/CD methodologies, ideally using Azure DevOps

• In‑depth knowledge of D365 FO concepts: Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), OData/Logic Apps integrations, AI‑powered tools
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Azure AI/Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
  
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform is advantageous
  
• Capable of operating independently in a scope‑based development model
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
