• Lead and mentor development teams across the D365 F&O project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Drive architecture and integrations using Dataverse, Azure Services, Power Platform, and legacy connectors.
• Lead D365 F&O migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and ALM across multiple environments.
• Review and optimize solution performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure customizations and extensions follow Microsoft standards and enterprise best practices.
• Conduct architectural and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical governance for vendor and partner-led developments.
• Support Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions integrated with D365 F&O.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
