NSquare Xperts LLP in Pune is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement advanced CRM solutions. You will lead plugin development in C#/.NET, build workflows and Power Automate flows, and integrate Dataverse with external systems.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience, strong JavaScript and Web API skills, and a capacity to collaborate with business analysts and other developers to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong plugin development experience using C# and .NET.
• Experience with plugin registration, execution pipelines, and pre/post images.
• Proficient in Dataverse, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs.

Interested candidates with strong Dynamics 365 plugin development experience and availability to join within 15 days. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 68 years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and strong expertise in plugin development. The ideal candidate should have experience in customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins using C# and .NET.
• Create and configure workflows, custom actions, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
• Develop and customize entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Work with Dataverse, JavaScript, custom APIs, and the Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve technical defects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
• Follow Microsoft best practices for Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, and solution management.

Required Skills

• 68 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong expertise in plugin development using C# and .NET.
• Experience with plugin registration, execution pipeline, synchronous and asynchronous plugins, and pre/post entity images.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and the Dynamics 365 Client API.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, entities/tables, relationships, security roles, and business process flows.
• Experience with Power Automate, workflows, and custom actions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Experience with solution management, managed/unmanaged solutions, and deployment across environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service modules.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
