Quess IT Solutions in Pune is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Consultant / Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience. You will lead development, customization, integrations, data migration, and production support in a hybrid work setup.

You will work with X++ to extend D365 F&O, build data entities, reports, and workflows, integrate via OData/REST, and mentor junior developers while coordinating with business teams.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in development, customization, integrations, data migration, performance tuning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++.
• Work on tables, table/form extensions, classes, enums, EDTs, queries, views, and data entities.
• Implement extensions using Chain of Command (CoC).
• Develop SSRS reports, workflows, SysOperation framework, and batch jobs.
• Build integrations using OData, REST APIs, custom services, and data entities.
• Handle DMF, data migration, debugging, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
• Work with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, deployments, and release management.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate with functional and business teams.
